What we can help with

• Sizing: which measurement decides the fit on a particular cut, and what to do when you sit between two sizes.
• Fabric and care: what a blend does after a few washes, whether a piece survives a machine.
• A piece filed under the wrong cut, or a fit note that does not match the chart.
• A dead link, or a price here that is far off what the storefront shows.
• Something on the site that will not open or read properly.

What has to go through the storefront

Orders, payment, delivery, exchanges and returns are handled where you bought, not here. We do not see order numbers, so we cannot look one up, cancel it or refund it. The support link on your order confirmation is the fast route.

We also cannot give medical or body advice beyond the numbers on the chart. If a band measurement falls between two sizes, the chart on the listing is the thing to follow.
